Our Welfare Services division hires a range of portable chemical toilets, ADA approved wheelchair access units, mobile eco welfare units and 26 tonne Tanker services – supporting customers with waste, water and servicing solutions.
Working at the forefront of our depots on the hire desk, the Hire & Sales Co‑ordinator plays a vital role in the successful running of the business. You will support the depot in both the hire and sale of welfare equipment and tanker specific services, manage large‑scale services, route and resource planning for tanker drivers, and process invoices and related administrative work.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform for you to grow and progress within the organisation.
Although a welfare hire background would be great, as long as you have a proven passion for customer service and the drive to learn we can help with the rest.
About You
* Previous experience working within a high‑volume customer service role is desirable.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on increasing sales.
* Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel.
* Strong team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
* Although a hire‑desk background would be great, as long as you have a proven passion for customer service and the drive to learn we can help with the rest.
