Job Description
* Team Leadership and Development
o Inspire, lead, and mentor team members to deliver exceptional service while fostering a supportive and positive workplace culture.
o Conduct regular team briefings and one-on-one check-ins to align goals and provide constructive feedback.
o Lead recruitment, onboarding, and training of staff, ensuring all team members uphold The Woodspeen's high service standards.
