Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced and professional Sales Administrator to join their office-based team in Alperton. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong order processing and customer service experience within a B2B environment. Key Responsibilities * Acting as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries * Processing customer quotations and sales orders accurately and efficiently * Handling customer service enquiries and resolving issues professionally * Liaising with internal departments to ensure customer queries are managed effectively * Building and maintaining strong relationships with trade customers Requirements * Previous experience in a Sales Administrator / Sales Order Processing role * Experience working within a B2B or trade-focused environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Professional and confident telephone manner * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage This role would suit a proactive and customer-focused individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced sales support environment
