A skilled and reliable Paint Sprayer / Assembly Assistant is required to join our growing team. The successful candidate will involved in prepping, and spraying and assisting in assembling product.
Responsibilities
* Inspecting surfaces for contamination, damage, or imperfections
* Removing imperfections prior to spraying to ensure a consistent high quality finish.
* Scraping and sanding surfaces to remove, rust, or other imperfections
* Cleaning and degreasing surfaces to be painted
* Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
* Assisting in the actual spraying process, preparing paints, cleaning brushes and rollers, and other tasks as needed
* Storing paint supplies properly to ensure they are in good condition for future use
* Assisting with the assembly of product.
* Work efficiently to meet deadlines and daily production goals
* Collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance on equipment
* Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Provide assistance with other tasks when required
Candidate Profile
* Minimum of 2 years of paint prepping/spraying experience
* A knowledge and understanding of spray equipment and maintenance
* Be flexible in assisting with assembling product as and when required.
* Strong ability to manage time and work to meet production demands
* Excellent team player.
* Proactive in ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times.

Pay is negotiable dependent on experience.

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
