As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing site from inception to completion, effectively manage budgets & costs for multiple sites and the preparation of accurate monthly site valuations (CVR’s).Duties:Analyse sub-contractor invoices/applicationsMonthly sub-contractor paymentsPrepare monthly cost / value reconciliationsPrepare sub-contractor procurement tender list for sign off by QSM & Operations /Production DirectorsPrepare tender documents/packs and send out to the relevant sub-contractorsAnalyse tenders upon returnUndertake tender analysis by evaluating tenders and comparing the prices against each other, previous developments and the site budgetCarry out pre-order meetings with sub-contractorsIssue sub-contractor purchase orders upon completion of the pre-order meetingMaintain Stock and progress sheets for sites.
