Job Details: Open Access and Engagement Worker
Waythrough launched in October 2024 following the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship. Our vision is to break down barriers that prevent people from accessing support to live a valued life. We address poverty and disadvantage in communities through mental health, drug and alcohol, housing, and related support services.
We operate nearly 200 services across England with approximately 3,500 staff and volunteers supporting around 125,000 people annually.
As we integrate two major organizations, our systems, processes, and branding are still in transition. Currently, jobs are branded under ‘Humankind’. Full integration of recruitment systems is expected next year.
