Our client have opportunities for people with a passion for Customer Service or Sales to join their team in Enniskillen, Co Fermanagh (Hybrid working)
As the Customer Service Advisor, your duties will include
1. Communicating with customers regarding queries, questions and issues
2. Maintaining positive relationships and ensuring repeat /return customers
3. Suggestively selling products and services to customers - making them aware of all that is available
4. Displaying knowledge about products and services
5. Maintaining CRM database
Hours of work:
6. Mon - Fri 9am - / - 6pm
7. per week
Requirements:
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will be energetic, target driven and will have
8. Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, professional telephone manner
9. PC literacy with good typing skills and ability to use basic Microsoft Office packages
10. A positive attitude and be hard working
11. Strong team player skills
12. 5 GCSE's OR 1 years' experience in a customer services role
