Xperienced HGV Class 1 Tramper Driver Job Overview:
This job requires an experienced HGV Class 1 driver to join our operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the timely and efficient collection and delivery of customers' goods.
About the Role:
* Collect and deliver customers' goods in a timely and efficient manner.
* Act as an ambassador for the company in customer interactions.
* Ensure compliance to legal, regulatory and company requirements.
* Complete relevant paperwork as required.
* Ensure vehicle cleanliness and security.
* Ensure tachograph chart completion and return.
* Drive company vehicles safely and properly.
* Report accidents, breakdowns or emergencies.
* Comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
* Valid Category C+E driving licence.
* Current CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to manage own workload effectively.
* Positive and proactive approach to work.
* Clear customer focus and 'can-do' attitude.
* No more than six penalty points on driving license.
* Digital Tachograph / Smart Card holder.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Willingness to undergo Background Check (BGC) and Drug and Alcohol (D&A) test.
