We’re recruiting Psychology graduates to work in a specialist SEMH provision in Gateshead. Pupils here need emotional regulation support, consistency and adults who understand behaviour beneath the surface.
During your day, you will:
* Support students with emotional regulation strategies
* Implement behaviour plans and individual support strategies
* Observe and report patterns of behaviour
* Help deliver social skills and intervention sessions
* Create safe, structured learning environments
This role gives you hands-on experience with trauma-informed approaches, attachment awareness and restorative practice.
