About the role
The Counselling Service Clinical Lead will ensure robust clinical governance and that the self-pay counselling service is safe, effective, and delivered to the highest professional standard in line with professional practice guidelines/BACP ethical framework.
About you
* You will be recognised professional counselling/psychotherapy qualification (minimum Level 4 Diploma or equivalent).
* You will be qualified in and have experience of providing clinical supervision for counsellors and/or trainees, as well as managing caseloads, assessments, and allocation of clients.
* You will have experience in managing or leading clinical governance within a counselling service or team.
* You will have excellent communication, time management skills and strong clinical leadership, reflective practice and supervisory skills.
* You will have experience in using case management systems (e.g., Zanda) and digital tools.
