This is a high-energy, hands-on leadership role within a busy Pub and Grill environment at the heart of a vibrant hospitality operation. You0ll take full ownership of your department. Recruiting, training and motivating a personality-led team to deliver outstanding service and create memorable guest experiences. Alongside leading from the front, you0ll be accountable for hitting sales and GP targets, maintaining faultless standards, and ensuring the operation runs smoothly in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
