Job Title: Office Manager
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)
Location: Redditch – Full Time Office Based
Working Hours: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Pertemps Recruitment is working with a small, friendly team in Redditch, looking for a confident and proactive Office Manager to join their busy office. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage incoming calls, screening and directing them appropriately.
2. Act as the main point of contact for all office and customer enquiries.
3. Provide operational and administrative support across the business.
4. Maintain and update the labour board to track site allocations.
5. Organise and coordinate site work to support engineering teams.
6. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and assist with general admin as required.
Candidate Requirements:
7. Assertive, solution-focused, and able to work under pressure.
8. Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and general computer proficiency.
9. Previous experience in office management, operational support, or similar.
10. Experience within an engineering environment is highly desirable.
11. Basic geographical knowledge for site coordination.
