Role Responsibilities:
* Experience in a busy administration department.
* Decision-making and negotiation skills.
* Ensure all procurement processes are followed.
* Implement controls to identify outstanding purchase orders.
* Maintain effective communication with suppliers, subcontractors, supervisors, and management, ensuring work is completed within SLAs.
* Compile and update progress/status reports for clients or client systems.
* Administer procurement processes: sourcing materials, raising POs, managing PODs, handling returns, goods movements, stock adjustments, and managing suppliers and subcontractors.
* Manage Extra to Contract Works in line with contractual requirements.
* Maintain filing of supporting documentation, including scanning.
* Record legislative documentation to meet client and company standards.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages.
* Experience working with Purchase Orders.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
