HR Advisory Role Overview
A skilled and experienced professional is required to join our HR Advisory team as an HR Advisor.
The successful candidate will provide purposeful support across a wide range of people management matters, including managing attendance, improving performance and conduct, addressing complaints or issues relating to staff behaviour.
The role involves researching and presenting data and information to inform management decisions, creating content for manager and colleague self-service pages, and facilitating training linked to key people management policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advice on change management activities, employment status matters, restructuring, and service reviews
* Support managers with casework through informal resolution and formal processes
* Research and present data to inform management decisions
