A well-backed and rapidly growing residential platform is seeking a Tenancy Manager to join its expanding UK team. Operating within the single-family Build to Rent sector, this business is focused on delivering high-quality homes and exceptional resident experiences across a national portfolio.
This is an excellent opportunity for a tenancy or lettings professional to step into a pivotal role, managing tenancy performance, driving retention, and ensuring compliance across a large-scale portfolio.
The Role
As Tenancy Manager, you will take ownership of tenancy lifecycle management, working to minimise voids, maximise rental income, and deliver a seamless customer journey. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including Property Management and Finance, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Manage tenancy anniversaries, renewals, and key milestones across the portfolio
Lead rent review processes, including negotiations and statutory notice issuance
Drive resident retention through proactive engagement and high service delivery
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth tenancy transitions and compliance
Maintain accurate tenancy records and system updates
Handle tenant enquiries via phone and email, ensuring timely resolution
Support tenancy administration including documentation and payment setup
Monitor and report on key KPIs including retention and customer satisfaction
Ensure full compliance with UK lettings legislation and internal processesAbout You
Experience in residential lettings, tenancy management, or renewals is essential
Strong understanding of UK lettings legislation and compliance requirements
Knowledge of BTR or PRS environments is advantageous
Highly organised with strong administrative and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach
