Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a outgoing, friendly demeanour, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
* Answer phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette and address their inquires.
* Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and well-organised at all times.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently using various software applications.
* Assist with clerical duties such as scanning, and maintaining office records.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for health practitioners as required.
* Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails.
* Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Experience
* Previous 1-2 years of experience in an administrative is required
* Proficiency in using computerised systems (ex Windows Office, Google Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Stripe etc) is required.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent typing skills with attention to detail are essential.
* A friendly disposition with strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues alike.
