Role: Dispute Resolution SolicitorLocation: Rotherham (Hybrid Working Available)Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + BenefitsRecruiter: Rob Addy - CRA ConsultingThe OpportunityCRA Consulting is delighted to be representing a well-established and highly respected regional law firm in Rotherham as they look to appoint an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their growing litigation team.This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation solicitor who enjoys working on varied, high-quality disputes and wants to be part of a collaborative and supportive team environment.The firm has built a strong reputation across South Yorkshire for delivering pragmatic legal advice to both individual and commercial clients, and continues to experience steady growth across its dispute resolution offering.What You'll Be DoingYou will manage your own varied caseload of civil and commercial disputes, including:* Contract and consumer disputes* Property and neighbour disputes* Landlord and tenant matters* Debt recovery and commercial disputes* Professional negligence claims* General civil litigation mattersYou will take matters from initial instruction through to settlement or court proceedings, handling cases across the Small Claims, Fast Track and Multi-Track processes.You will also have the opportunity to work closely with partners and senior lawyers, contributing to the continued development of the department.What They're Looking For* Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Litigation Fee Earner* Strong experience within civil or commercial litigation* Ability to manage a varied litigation caseload independently* Strong client care and communication skills* A proactive and commercially minded approach to legal workThis role would suit someone looking for a long-term position within a supportive and progressive firm.What's On Offer* Salary between £45,000 - £65,000 depending on experience* Hybrid working available* Supportive and collaborative team environment* Strong pipeline of high-quality litigation work* Genuine career progression opportunitiesInterested?If you would like to learn more about this opportunity, please contact:Rob AddySenior Legal HeadhunterCRA Consulting
