Job Title: Enterprise Account Director (Remote – UK)
About the Role
A global technology company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of large, strategic enterprise customers across the UK.
This is a senior commercial role focused on driving revenue growth, expanding product adoption, and building trusted relationships with C-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and grow key enterprise accounts, delivering against revenue and retention targets
* Develop strategic account plans and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
* Build strong relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers
* Lead complex, consultative sales cycles across multiple products and services
* Manage renewals, negotiations, and long-term commercial agreements
* Collaborate closely with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams
* Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience managing large enterprise customers in the technology sector
* Strong track record of growing revenue within existing accounts
* Comfortable engaging and influencing C-level executives
* Experience selling complex, multi-product or platform-based solutions
* Self-motivated and effective in a remote working environment
Nice-to-Have
* Experience with IoT, eSIM / MVNO models, network connectivity solutions or related enterprise technologies
* Familiarity with consultative / value-based selling methodologies
* Experience selling into regulated industries (utilities, transport, healthcare, etc.)
