Higher pay rate is achieved by : Higher pay rate of 12.82 Monday to Friday can be achieved by passing 12 weeks within the company. Max pay rate of £18.31 can be achieved working over 40 hours and weekends if availability.

The Best Connection are currently recruiting for Assembly Operative within the Sutton area.
Please note some roles will be an immediate start.
Monday-Friday starting at 08.00am and finishing at 16:30pm paying £12.21 per hour.
You will be required to in the Assembly Operative role to:
* Use handheld tools to assemble lights and wires on a gear tray
* May be assigned for different types of assembling ie packaging
* Working on a production line
* Follow diagrams in order to create light tray
Requirements of the assembly operative position:
* Be on tour feet all day in the production line
* Punctual and reliable
* Organisation skills
* Attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Able to read diagrams
