This is an exciting opportunity to join the Exam Publishing department as a Production Coordinator. You will support the team in developing and delivering traditional and digital assessment materials within the Assessment division. This role is suitable for candidates seeking publishing experience and offers potential for career progression.
The Production Coordinator is responsible for proofing and organizational tasks to ensure high-quality, error-free assessments are delivered on time according to detailed session plans. You will coordinate production teams, including external specialists and suppliers, support the Exam Publishing team throughout an annual cycle, and collaborate with external vendors and Subject Managers.
This position offers a hybrid working model for those living within a reasonable commute to Cardiff, typically requiring one day per week onsite, with occasional additional days for tasks like advance copy checks.
We provide a flexible working schedule with core hours from 10am-12pm and 2pm-3pm, allowing you to adjust your working hours between 7am and 7pm to suit your personal and professional needs.
