You will be working with adult patients across a range of settings including their own homes, nursing homes, community inpatient rehabilitation wards, outpatient clinics, and virtual platforms where appropriate. Qualifications and Experience To be considered for this role, you must have: • A recognised degree in Speech and Language Therapy (or equivalent). • HCPC registration and membership (or eligibility) with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT). • Experience working with adult community caseloads, including dysphagia management. • Competence in managing complex conditions such as stroke, dementia, and neurological disorders. • Strong organisational, communication, and clinical reasoning skills. • The ability to work independently and travel across a community patch where required.
