We are delighted to be partnering with a leading Lloyd’s/London market insurer who are seeking an experienced actuary/analytics professional to help shape and deliver analytics strategy alongside the Head of Pricing and Head of Analytics.
In this role, you’ll lead key analytics initiatives, enhance data and the technology stack, and work closely with actuarial, underwriting and IT, to deliver real business value. You’ll also coach and develop a high-performing team across data science, software engineering and cloud infrastructure.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, analytical and driven — a natural problem solver who enjoys working with ambiguity, building strong stakeholder relationships, and leading with authenticity and empathy. This is an opportunity to blend your actuarial, insurance and data experience.
You will bring your experience of actuarial, data and analytics to this leading role, which could have been obtained within a pricing, actuarial, data science or other analytics role. This position is at the crossroads of several teams and will suit someone who enjoys bringing together stakeholders to solve problems.
Prior insurance experience is beneficial.
