Your Role: Support 1:1 and small groups of KS1 pupils with SEN. Adapt learning activities to meet individual needs. Encourage confidence, independence, and positive social skills. Assist with classroom management and behaviour strategies. Provide personal care and wellbeing support when needed. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, parents, and external professionals. We're Looking For Someone With: Experience supporting children with SEN, ideally in any of these areas: SPLD, MLD, SLD, PMLD, SEMH, SLCN, HI, VI, MSI, PD, ASD Patience, empathy, and resilience.
