I have an excellent opportunity with our client - they're looking for an HR Assistant to join their established HR team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, covering maternity leave.
This is a key role within a collaborative team of HR Assistants, supporting around 1,500 staff across the company and an additional 300 through a shared service agreement with another Scottish Enterprise. The position involves:
Maintaining HR data and employee records in Agresso (HRIS) or similar HR systems
Managing the full employee lifecycle - onboarding, contractual changes, and leavers
Overseeing a shared HR mailbox and providing support to managers and employees
Supporting project work such as hybrid working, contracts, and work pattern updates
?? Location: Glasgow City Centre (Hybrid, usually once a week in office)
?? Salary: Up to £36K (depending on experience)
?? Start: Ideally mid-November
?? Interview: One stage, in-person
They're looking for someone with strong HR systems experience (Agresso or similar), excellent attention to detail, and confidence managing data, contracts, and employee queries.
