Residential Support Worker – Children & Young People (Derbyshire)
£30k – £33k per year (includes an average of two sleep-ins per week)

We're recruiting on behalf of a specialist provider of residential homes and education settings supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and associated learning needs.
The Role
* Provide high-quality, nurturing care within a residential setting
* Build positive, trusting relationships
* Support education, independence and emotional wellbeing
* Encourage hobbies, social activities and community involvement (e.g. sports, arts, outings)
* Work collaboratively with families and professionals
* Contribute to care planning and maintain clear records
* Safeguard and promote the welfare of young people at all times
About You
* Passionate about supporting young people with additional needs
* Calm, resilient and consistent in setting boundaries
* Strong communicator and effective team member
* Committed to safeguarding, equality and professional growth
* Flexible to work shifts, including sleep-ins and alternate weekends
Shift Patterns
* A mix of early, late and full-day shifts, including some weekends and bank holidays. xxuwjjq
