The Headlines You’ll be a senior contributor within the engineering team, responsible for building robust backend services and APIs while helping shape our infrastructure and engineering best practices. This is a hands‑on role with a strong emphasis on quality, performance, and maintainability. What You'll Be Doing Designing, developing, and maintaining Python-based backend services Building and evolving well-structured, secure, and scalable APIs Owning services through their full lifecycle: development, deployment, monitoring, and improvement Working closely with DevOps practices to improve CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, and reliability Contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction Mentoring and supporting other engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing Tech Stack: Python (Django FastAPI) & JS Front End AI Tooling Cursor, OpenAI Agents SDK contained by Docker, K8’s, Helm Sound a bit of you?
