Job Summary
We are looking for an ambitious, dynamic, motivated, compassionate, and enthusiastic Band 5 nurse to join our Community Nursing team in Bedfordshire. This substantive post is for the Mid Beds Community Nursing Team delivering care to people aligned with Biggleswade GP practices and residential homes.
This highly respected team delivers responsive, high-quality nursing to patients in their own homes.
We are passionate about patient-centered care, supporting our nurses to lead and deliver excellent, compassionate nursing, and valuing our clinical teams as the heart of the NHS. You will work closely with other members of the MDT to deliver care to patients with complex needs.
You will also have the opportunity to be involved in Urgent Response and Virtual Wards, which are key focuses of our teams.

Main duties of the job

Job Responsibilities
You must have a valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle to perform your duties. The role involves working a 7.5-hour shift pattern covering 7 days a week from 08:00 to 21:00. This is a full-time position.
