Salary: £34,000/year 48hours a week plus over £5K service charge per year.

Summary
We are seeking a Restaurant & Bar Manager to join our team here at Wild Thyme & Honey. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional service and quality that aligns with our ethos of providing memorable dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities & Attributes:
Strong hands-on leadership style with a visible floor presence
Solid experience managing a busy bar operation with quality cocktail knowledge
Naturally efficient and organised, with a strong sense of urgency
Proven ability to train, coach, and develop front-of-house teams
Confident in managing restaurant bookings and ensuring smooth service flow
Commercially aware with strong figures, forecasting, budget, and labour control skills
Proactive mindset – always one step ahead and solution-focused
Drives performance through incentives and team motivation
Delivers and champions ongoing training and service standards.
Reporting to the deputy general manager.
