In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a comprehensive benefits package supporting your well-being and life outside of Lidl.

What you'll do
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
* Provide excellent customer experiences every time
What you'll need
* Experience leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to delegate tasks effectively and motivate your team
* Patience and friendliness, with the ability to stay calm under pressure
* Passion to be a key part of the Store Team
* A proactive, encouraging approach to colleague development and store operations
