The brand has attracted attention from influencers, leading to successful collaborations with renowned celebrities and social media personalities who appreciate their glamorous aesthetic. The exclusive range of sparkling products have been available in big stores such as World Duty Free, Debenhams, TK Maxx.
An exciting stage of the brands growth journey and they are looking to hire a Head of E-commerce to be responsible for their website and marketing channels.
They currently use agencies for email marketing and also meta and google ads. The goal is to bring these all in-house so we are looking for someone with experience in these areas to be able to take that on.
Key requirements
* Acquisition of new customers on paid and organic channels
* Retention and engagement of our database of 175,000 active subscribers
* Reporting - GA, data and attribution, merchandising
* Website - funnel improvements, maintenance, rebranding, migration to Shopify, currently on Vs Commerce.
About you
* Social Media Channels - most of the customers have come to us via Google and Meta over the years and these channels continue to work very well for. But at a time when Google and Meta are becoming more automated, they are looking for a candidate to help develop their organic channels, most importantly, SEO and email. You’ll understand the principles of SEO best practices and will be comfortable using email tools such as Klaviyo.
* Creative - you’re not a creator yourself, but you know how to guide a creative person and the importance of producing the right content at scale, for the right channels. Driving a profitable return on investment while maintaining brand consistency is always front of mind.
* Commercial- you know what metrics and KPIs to be tracking, how to track them and how to drive growth. Top line revenue is important, but an eye on margins is just as important - we’re not about growth at all costs.. Need to know what’s working and why it’s working or what’s not working and why it’s not working.
* Data-driven - You love e-commerce through and through and are very comfortable with Google Analytics. You’ll know how to interpret data and turn it into actionable insights. You’ll feel very comfortable taking ownership over this.
* Leadership - you may not have managed direct reports before, but you’ll be very comfortable taking ownership over projects and you’ll know how to manage your time and drive results.
They are not necessarily looking for someone who has worked in a fashion or jewellery, but you know how to make your products stand out in a crowded space. You will have overseen e-commerce or marketing within a fast-growing brand and are now looking for a new challenge.
