Start date: ASAP (dependent on notice period). Location: Office-based (Exeter) or Remote (UK) Term: 1 year, fixed Term Closing Date: 9am Monday 12th January 2026. About Sparx Learning We are a B-Corp with a massive mission, building a high-performance culture where excellence is the standard, not the exception. We exist to improve lives and because our work impacts over 2.4 million students, we take our responsibilities seriously. We want to work with teachers to shape the future of education and continue to make a difference for millions of children. Our culture in action: Move Fast: Act with urgency, embrace ambiguity. Use data and AI to experiment and adapt without compromising quality. Own It: Take full accountability for problems. Focus on solutions rather than blockers and put the mission first, raising the standards of everything around you. Elevate Others: Communicate clearly and courageously. Give honest feedback to help others grow and set an example for others to admire and aspire to. Our culture is all about learning and innovation, and we know that diverse teams that bring together different experiences and perspectives make better decisions and have better ideas. We’d really love to hear from you, even if you don’t currently see yourself represented at Sparx. The role: how you’ll make a difference You’ll be on the front line, working with the teachers whose lives you’ll be improving, helping them to get maximum impact from Sparx systems. This is more than a support role; it’s a strategic coaching role where your actions will directly drive retention and help to improve the lives of young people. Some core responsibilities: Partner with schools to unlock their full potential, using your skills as a coach to empower them to aim high and achieve the best possible outcomes for their students. Use data to proactively spot trends and jump in with support before schools even have to ask, all while collaborating with colleagues to refine our own processes. Take ownership of your personal development, constantly looking for new ways to level up your coaching and communication Help to build a passionate user community that champions our products and shares their success stories. About You We are looking for someone with a growth mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who is constantly looking to upskill and improve. Even if you don't feel you match all the criteria below, we would still love to hear from you. The Essentials: Experience of teaching with a passion for education and knowledge of the UK secondary system. You dig deeper. You don’t just hear what a customer says; you actively listen and analyse the data and emotional cues to understand what they need. You are comfortable with change and you can prioritise a busy workload. You have a healthy attitude towards feedback. You can self-reflect, accept critique, and challenge colleagues or customers when it’s necessary for the best outcome. Comfortable with data, AI and learning new software quickly. Even better if you have: Experience in Customer Success, or Sales/Account Management. Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot or Salesforce). What you can expect from us Mission with meaning: Your work directly supports teachers and learners at scale. Autonomy with support: Clear responsibilities and goals, room to use initiative, and leaders who value pragmatism over theatre. Learning, always: We care about growth - of our people, our practices and our impact.
