Job Title: Care And Support Worker
Location: Altogether Care – Sturminster Newton Area (Blandford)
Salary: £13.30 – £14.10 per hour
Make a real difference every day as a Care and Support Worker, supporting people in their own homes across the community. You’ll be travelling throughout the area to provide personal, meaningful care that helps people stay independent and confident in their daily lives.
Responsibilities
* Support people at home to live as independently as possible
* Driving is essential for this role
* Empower individuals to make their own choices
* Provide personal, physical, and emotional care
* Assist with daily tasks, activities, and appointments
* Build positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
* Use mobile technology to record and deliver quality care
* Follow Altogether Care’s values and safe working practices
* Ability and willingness to travel to ensure high-quality care
