Job Title: Office Service Manager – Central EMEA

The Office Service Supervisor will oversee and coordinate office service operations across selected countries in Northern EMEA—specifically Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, United Kingdom, and Scandinavia. The role ensures consistent service delivery, operational efficiency, and a positive employee experience across the region. It will serve as a key point of contact for local office teams, vendors, and stakeholders, driving continuous improvement and alignment with global standards.
Job Responsibilities
* Supervise daily office service operations across Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, UK, and Scandinavia.
* Lead and support local Office Service Coordinators, who will report directly to this role.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and sustainability initiatives.
* Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to maintain high-quality standards.
* Monitor purchase orders for all offices and showroom related spend and supplies, check prices and approve invoices for the assigned area.
* Support space planning, office moves, and workplace experience initiatives.
* Monitor service performance and implement process improvements.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Property and Real Estate, IT, HR, and Finance.
* Manage budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency for assigned locations
* Lead or support regional projects related to office services and facilities.
* Provide regular reporting and updates to the Director, Facility and Office Service.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Proven experience in office services, facilities management, or workplace operations.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Efficient time management
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) are a plus
* Ability to travel occasionally within the region
* Experience managing multi-country operations.
* Familiarity with sustainability and workplace experience programs.
* Exposure to digital transformation initiatives in office services.
Technical Skills & Platform Knowledge
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint).
* Experience with Smartsheet for project tracking and collaboration.
* Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
* Knowledge of facility management platforms and digital workplace tools.
* Comfortable working with cloud-based systems and automation platforms
