Customer Support Executive
Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Customer Support Executive on behalf of a leading park management and booking systems provider. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward thinking, dynamic company, as the company is experiencing an exciting period of strong growth within the sector. The Customer Support Executive is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to problem-solve efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Sales Manager and Account Manager with client-related queries and follow-ups
2. Provide first-line support to clients via phone, email, and support ticketing systems
3. Accurately diagnose, manage, and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
4. Deliver a high standard of customer service, ensuring all issues are followed through to resolution
5. Support the onboarding of new clients, including system setup guidance and training
6. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted point of contact
7. Liaise with internal teams (development, sales, account management) to resolve more complex issues
8. Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions
9. Identify recurring issues and proactively suggest improvements to processes or the product
10. Assist with general administrative and operational tasks as required

Person Specification:
12. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
13. Experience in a customer support or client-facing role
14. Confident handling multiple queries across different channels
15. Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail
16. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
17. Technically minded, with the ability to quickly learn software systems
18. Well organised and able to prioritise workload effectively
19. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
20. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Desirable Criteria:
21. Experience working with SaaS platforms or booking/reservation systems
22. Previous experience in the hospitality, tourism, or campsite sector
23. Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems
