Key Responsibilities
3. Carry out electrical maintenance and fault-finding on injection moulding machinery and associated equipment.
4. Perform planned, reactive, and predictive maintenance to minimise downtime and optimise performance.
5. Diagnose electrical faults systematically and implement effective solutions, reporting via a CMMS system.
6. Conduct risk assessments and ensure all equipment is handed back in a safe condition.
7. Train operators on equipment setup and changeovers, maintaining accurate training records.
8. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

9. Apprentice-trained with NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in electrical engineering (HNC/HND desirable).
10. Strong ability to read electrical drawings and logically fault-find.
11. Proven experience conducting electrical maintenance on injection moulding machinery and other automated systems.
12. Skilled in working with inverters, servo/DC drives, control panels, and circuits from 415V to 24VDC.
13. Understanding of pneumatics and mechanical systems is advantageous.
14. A proactive team player with excellent problem-solving, organisational, and communication skills.
15. Flexible, resilient, and confident, with a commitment to health and safety standards.
