Responsibilities
* Carrying out a variety of skilled tasks including Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling and general maintenance works at social housing sites.
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines.
* Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
* Communicating with tenants and team members to ensure smooth operational delivery.
* Completing relevant documentation and reports associated with each job.
