Job Title: Breakfast & After School Deputy Club Manager

Working hours: Breakfast Club 7:30 am - 9:00 am & After school club 15.00 pm- 18.00 pm
Additional information: 40 hours per week available during school holidays in our holiday camps
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have Management & Team leading experience and be able to demonstrate a real passion for working with children.
At Junior Adventures Group we are on the lookout for a happy, enthusiastic and passionate Deputy Club Manager who is committed to developing and nurturing other team members, as well as our children.
Role Overview
* Lead a passionate team, manage, direct and support staff in delivering a safe and effective programme, ensuring motivation and happiness.
* Ensure effective communication between venue, team, parents, school or host leisure centre and Central Operations.
* Provide inclusive, fun, and engaging care for children while inspiring them to explore interests.
* Plan, supervise and deliver planned activities including multi sports, games, arts & crafts, downtime and structured play.
* Follow procedures, implement protocols and policies to ensure child safety.
* Create warm, honest, and genuine experiences that go 'WOW!'.
* Be flexible and bring unique talents, with the freedom to be your special self.
