Salary: £36,500 - 41,600 per year Requirements:
* At least one full-cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation in Financials or PPM (both preferred)
* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
* Solid understanding of Oracle PPM modules (Costing, Billing, Contracts, Project Financials)
* Knowledge of accounting principles, project accounting, revenue recognition, and financial controls
* Familiarity with enterprise processes such as R2R, P2P, O2C, and project lifecycle management
* Basic SQL knowledge (preferred)
* Experience with OTBI, BIP, FBDI, and ADFdi (preferred)
* Understanding of OIC integrations and web services (preferred)
* Strong communication and stakeholder-management abilities
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively across Finance, PMO, and IT teams
* 3 - 10 years of Oracle ERP experience
Responsibilities:
* Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with Finance and PMO teams
* Map business processes to Oracle Cloud best practices
* Support solution architect to develop High Level Design document (HLD)
* Prepare functional design documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, test scripts, and training materials
* Recommend process improvements across R2R, P2P, O2C, and PPM cycles
* Support the SI with configuration and support for GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PFM, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and Tax
* Lead the data migration and implementation of accounting rules, subledger accounting (SLA), cash management, and financial reporting structures
* Lead SIT, support UAT, and coordinate defect resolution
* Validate integrations, data migration, and reporting outputs
* Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare
* Provide post-implementation support for Financials and PPM modules
* Resolve functional issues, raise and manage Oracle SRs, and track quarterly patch impacts
* Monitor system performance and ensure compliance with internal controls
* Collaborate with technical teams on integrations using OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party systems
* Support FBDI/ADFdi templates for data loads
* Build and validate OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View reports for Finance and Projects

We are seeking an Oracle Fusion Financials & PPM Consultant to join our team, starting on February 10th for an initial six-month period. This role will require travel to Stevenage or Warwick approximately once a week.
