Sales Executive Flair Group has partnered with an innovative, fast growing financial solutions provider that is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed in a fast paced sales environment with a strong drive to advance their career and earnings. This hybrid position will be based between remote working and our client's modern office, located a short walk from Brighton station. What You'll Be Doing * Making outbound sales calls to businesses that could benefit from our client’s financial solutions, currently used by over 200,000 small businesses. * You will proactively source your own leads using internal company resources, inbound enquiries and market research, building your own pipeline of customers. * Make 30–50 outbound calls per day, connecting with key decision-makers and introducing our client’s solutions to targeted businesses. * Begin to build relationships with potential clients, offering tailored credit solutions. * Operate professionally and in full compliance with FCA regulations (full training will be provided).
