Be part of a growing company as their Cluster General Manager. This important role is about growing the company and the hotels within Belfast. You will be someone who has experience as a General Manager of branded properties and a passion for growing businesses. You will be responsible for recruitment and training to enhance your team. As Cluster General Manager you will manage financial performance, revenue strategies, and cost controls to maximize profitability as well as actively promote the property within the local market and community, building strong partnerships and brand awareness.
This is a growing company and so someone with experience in pre-opening or conversion experience is highly desirable. We would like to see proven track record of delivering results across guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance.
