We are looking for a dynamic Cloud Software Engineer to guide technical teams with expert direction. Responsibilities include developing secure code, reviewing others' work, and influencing product design and operations. Job responsibilities: Utilize hands-on experience with AWS. Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes technologies. Apply knowledge of various database technologies such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Mongo, and Cassandra. Demonstrate proficiency in one or more modern programming languages. Engage in coding and enjoy building prototypes and reference implementations. Leverage advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines. Contribute to a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect. qualifications, capabilities, and skills Formal training or certification on Java concepts and proficient advanced experience. Proficiency in Java (or Python) and SQL, with the ability to write efficient and scalable code for applications, data processing and analysis. Exposure to Data Lake or Big Data technologies, with familiarity in working with large-scale data storage solutions. Strong knowledge of AWS, including the ability to design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions using services such as S3, EC2, Lambda, and Glue. Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources. Experience in producing technical documentation and/or user guides, with the ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive materials for various stakeholders. Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability. Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages. Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle. Solid understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Application Resiliency, and Security. Demonstrated knowledge of software applications and technical processes within a technical discipline (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.).
