We have an exciting opportunity for a Show Administrator to join our award-winning Exhibitions team from September 2024 to June 2025. The Show Administrator provides support to all departments within Exhibitions – Sales, Operations, Marketing & Features and works closely with the Accounts Department to maintain correct sales ledgers/operations logs for accounting purposes.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Processing and amending contracts
2. Database management
3. Keep sales plan up to date on Illustrator – dealing with Sales Team’s on-going requirements
4. Customer service calls
5. Updating exhibitor lists on websites
6. Dealing with general enquiries and sending out general correspondence
7. Chasing forms from exhibitors manuals
8. Collating Food Sampling Forms
9. Contract and Floorplan auditing
10. Provide general administrative support for the shows
11. Keeping sales ledgers/operations logs up to date
12. Regular monetary auditing
13. Sending out Adobe emails on behalf of the Sales Team
14. Management of the sales office on site
15. Design work – passes, Exhibitor Party invitations, Exhibitor Information Leaflets
Requirements

18. Ability to hit deadlines and work well under pressure
19. Enthusiastic, self motivated, pro active and outgoing
20. Ability to use own initiative/ common sense / multi task and be able to work as a part of a team
21. Comfortable in situations with a requirement to think critically, question and determine when to seek guidance or escalate a potential problem.
