The successful candidate will play a vital role in assisting our client to secure the site while ensuring an exceptional experience for all visitors. Key Responsibilities Access Control & Site Security: Manage robust access controls for personnel and vehicles, ensuring all established security protocols are strictly followed. Patrols & Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols across the site to maintain perimeter integrity and provide a visible security presence. Customer Service Excellence: Act as a primary point of contact for visitors, providing professional "meet and greet" services and building a positive rapport with all stakeholders. Vigilance & Risk Mitigation: Remain vigilant in identifying and mitigating potential security risks or breaches to ensure the safety of people and property. Communication & Reporting: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to deliver clear information and maintain accurate records of site activities or incidents. Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms or security incidents, applying professional de-escalation and problem-solving skills as required. Candidate Requirements Requirement Status Details SIA License Mandatory Must hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license. Interpersonal Skills Essential A "great way with people" and a track record of customer service excellence. Communication Essential Strong reporting skills and the ability to communicate confidently with diverse clientele. Vigilance Essential A keen eye for detail and commitment to site security protocols.
