We're recruiting for a Residential Surveyor to join a growing and successful surveying practice covering Gloucester. Due to increased business levels, our client is expanding their team and seeking an experienced surveyor with Level 2 Survey experience who is looking for a role offering flexibility, strong earning potential, and genuine career progression.

The Role
As a Residential Surveyor, you will:
* Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys across a designated geographical area
* Conduct Level 3 Building Surveys (full training can be provided where required)
* Undertake Red Book Valuations in accordance with professional standards
* Produce accurate and professional reports using market-leading software
* Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the survey process
* Manage your diary and workload efficiently while maintaining quality standards
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices
* Contribute to the continued success and growth of the business
Residential Surveyor Requirements
* Minimum AssocRICS qualification
* Previous experience carrying out Level 2 Surveys
* Experience with Red Book Valuations advantageous
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and report-writing ability
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
* Full UK driving licence
