Restaurant Team Member – Tim Hortons UK & Ireland Ltd.
Join a team of friendly, customer‑focused restaurant staff at Tim Hortons in Dundee. This role is full‑time (and part‑time available) and offers hourly pay at National Minimum Wage.

Key Responsibilities
* Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly at all times.
* Delivering fast, friendly and accurate service to all customers.
* Attempt to resolve simple customer enquiries and refer difficult enquiries to a Manager.
* Ensure food is prepared and stored and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety and Audit standards.
* Carry out temperature checks and record as per company process.
* Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules as per cleaning chart.
* Follow critical standards for raw and finished product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
* Adhere to restaurant performance standards for crew stations and as per shift manager directions.
* Be aware of the goals and targets of the restaurant. This ensures your actions contribute towards achieving them.
* Maintain operational & kitchen areas to exceed customer cleanliness, comfort & convenience expectations including restocking of workstations.
* Report all work related near misses, injuries and illnesses as soon as possible.
* Follow correct procedures and reasonable instructions including wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when instructed.
Qualifications
You will be a positive team player with previous customer service experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment. You possess excellent communication skills with a strong focus on the customer and are flexible to work a range of hours (including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends).
