About the role
Join our Facilities team based in Brighton where you'll play a key role in administrating and managing our facilities services and processes whilst maintaining Health & Safety compliance.
* Manage email inboxes, responding to enquiries and delegating to relevant teams.
* Assist in project and contract management, including tender processes and supervising contractor work.
* Support the Facilities Helpdesk, delegate workloads, and maintain excellent communication with staff.
* Manage accurate records and scheduling of the asset register, ensuring H&S compliance.
* Handle invoices through our PO system, ensuring accurate payments and budgeting.
* Collaborate with the Facilities and H&S officer, conducting site inspections and reporting issues.
* Support Reception during high volumes and emergencies, ensuring world-class customer service.
* Ensure the highest standards and expectations of customer service are world class
* Develop positive working relationships across departments and implement company policies.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
