What You Will Do
* Develop and maintain scalable end-to-end automated test frameworks for our website and mobile applications.
* Contribute to a platform-wide automated testing strategy, focusing on reliability, reusability, and test coverage.
* Mentor team members and help foster a strong quality engineering culture across the organisation.
* Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases and shared ownership of quality gates.
* Perform manual exploratory testing for complex workflows and edge cases.
What We're Looking For
* 4+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing and automation.
* Proficiency with tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or similar, using JavaScript/TypeScript.
* Experience with CI/CD systems like Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions.
* Strong understanding of test strategy, versioning, and test data management.
* A team player with excellent communication skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
* Solid experience in manual testing, identifying UX/UI flaws, and debugging issues using tools like Postman, browser developer tools, and network inspectors.
Nice to Have
* Familiarity with cloud-based cross‑platform testing services (e.g., BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
* Experience writing BDD‑style tests using Cucumber or similar frameworks.
* Exposure to mobile testing and device compatibility workflows.
* Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., k6).
* Familiarity with WebSockets, visual regression testing tools (e.g., Percy), and AI‑assisted exploratory testing.
* Experience with unit and integration test automation in microservices or distributed systems.
* Background in Agile/Scrum environments with cross‑functional team collaboration.
