PMO Analyst – 12 mths Fixed Term – Hybrid – REF 989

37.5 - Hybrid is 3 in Leeds / 2 days home - Tuesday is a get together day

Responsibilities

1. Provide effective and co-ordinated support within the Programme Management Office, ensuring a consistent, scalable, and standardised delivery of projects to agreed business methodologies.
2. Support both project and functional leads to deliver timely milestones.
3. Produce key project reporting metrics to contribute to the effective running of the change programme.
4. Provide PMO analysis and support to agreed change projects, ensuring projects are delivered within the agreed methodologies.
5. Produce key metrics for projects and ensure that the project status is updated and maintained through the project governance channels.
6. Update and maintain the project CARDI.
7. Produce weekly & monthly reporting for governance committees on specific projects.
8. Ensure Project Management methodologies are adhered to throughout the project lifecycles.
9. Identify risks in own area of responsibility and notify any such risks to your People Manager and the Business Assurance Manager.
10. Ensure that the Project Management Toolkit is utilised to support the organisational change projects.
11. Monitor agreed projects post-implementation, reporting into the Programme Office on business benefits and lessons learned.

Qualifications

1. Any PMO specific methodology qualifications.

Skills

1. Knowledge of PMO and project methodologies.
2. Knowledge of MS365 tools including MS Project and MS Visio.
3. Effective organisational skills.
4. Presentation Skills.
5. Effective IT skills required for the job role.
6. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at a project level.
7. Strong, creative problem-solving skills.
8. Self-starter and delivery focused.
9. Ability to work autonomously.
10. Ability to deliver training.
11. High levels of integrity and trustworthiness.
12. Experience of the Finance Sector.
13. Experience of asset management.
14. Other corporate knowledge – health and safety, ICT systems, information management and data protection.
