Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Administrator to join a Client of ours based in Eastleigh. This is a permanent position. Responsibilities for this Administrator role: Answer incoming telephone calls Using the Inspire database to produce Delivery Notes and Off Hire Notes for all equipment hired on a daily basis Produce hire quotations using the InspHire database for new and existing clients Produce job sheets as required for Engineers etc. Raise purchase orders as required. Provide administration support to office and yard staff as required. Contact customers to chase outstanding quotes and help maintain quotation database Ad-hoc administrative duties. In the absence of Depot/Assistant Depot Manager carry out duties that are fair and reasonable to ensure the smooth running of the depot Comply with the Company Health & Safety Policy, including carrying out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are kept tidy Requirements for this Administrator role: Strong organisational and communication skills. Ability to build effective working relationships with depot staff and colleagues across the company Numerate with good attention to detail Proficiency in IT, including MS Office applications.
