Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our small team at CS Gardens. CS Gardens are a gardening and landscaping company operating across Surrey and London maintaining and building high end gardens for both residential and commercial properties with plans to grow exponentially.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating a pipeline of new potential clients to contact and book meetings for our Director, build and maintain relationships with clients, and drive growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the market landscape and have experience in utilising software tools such as Salesforce to manage client relationships effectively.
Duties
* Create, develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
* Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention and develop upselling opportunities.
* Conduct outreach campaigns through phone and email and social media to potential and target clients.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
* Utilise systems to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
Experience
* Proven experience in business development or sales is ideal, preferably within a related industry.
* Experience with cold calling/ emailing and making new introductions to new potential clients.
* Strong proficiency in using software tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing client relationships and sales processes.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving.
* A degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
